When something
feels off,
start here.
Track what’s changing, understand what may be happening, and bring better notes to your doctor.

Your notes and photos stay in this browser on this device. You can start without an account.
Let’s write it down.
Symptoms can be hard to describe in the exam room. A few minutes of honest notes can help you see what changed and tell your clinician what matters to you.
A little more support, when you want it.
The Change Notes Plus is taking shape. The tracker is free; a future membership will add more ways to understand your notes.

Here is how this version handles what you enter.
Where do my notes go?
Symptom, cycle, supplement, and appointment notes are saved in your browser on this device. Skin photos are saved in this browser’s local photo storage. This version does not send those entries or photos to Lorraine or provide an account to sync them.
What should I know before using it?
Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see locally saved notes. Clearing browser data, switching devices or browsers, or using private browsing can make entries unavailable. Keep your own copy of anything important, including photos and printed doctor notes.
Can I be contacted?
Using the tracker does not subscribe you to email or give Lorraine your contact information. If you create a free account or separately request email or text updates, Lorraine may receive your name, email address, phone number, and communication preferences. Your private tracking notes are not included. You can unsubscribe from email or reply STOP to text messages at any time.
What about other sites?
Reading this website may involve standard hosting requests and loading a font service. Links to outside sources open their own websites, which have their own privacy practices. This page describes the tracking features in this version; it is not a promise that internet traffic is invisible.
